This service is available for:
If it is your daily driver that never goes off-road, we recommend having your shocks serviced every 30,000 miles. If you drive your truck off-road 100% of the time, your shocks should be serviced every 3,000 miles.
If you are somewhere in between, try to estimate your percentage of off-road vs. highway and adjust the mileage accordingly.
Shock Therapy’s Truck Shock Service is available for the following vehicles equipped with factory FOX shocks:
Ford Raptor Models (Eligible for RIS Valving) These models include our proprietary RIS (Raptor Internal System) valving upgrade as part of the service.
Other Vehicles with Stock FOX Shocks (Standard Rebuild Only – No RIS) These models receive our complete rebuild service but are not eligible for valving at this time.
All Other Aftermarket FOX & King Shocks
We also provide standard rebuild services for many other aftermarket FOX and King shocks commonly installed on trucks, Jeeps, and other vehicles. Please call to learn more & confirm availability.

Our Truck Shock Service is available at both our Phoenix and Charlotte locations. Bring your truck/Jeep with FOX & King shocks to Shock Therapy for your scheduled appointment, and experience the ultimate in suspension care and performance enhancement.

We anticipate offering proprietary valving for other trucks & Jeeps once we finish R&D shortly.
All shock rebuilds come with our 90-day, unlimited-mile guarantee on seals/o-rings. Most rebuilds are completed the same day; occasionally, there may be delays due to parts replacement availability.
Return & Refund Policy – One Shot Powersports
Need to return or exchange an item? We’ve got you covered. One Shot Powersports accepts returns within 14 days of the original ship date, provided the item is new, unused, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee (details below).

To begin a return, please download and complete our Return Form and include it inside the package with your returned item(s).
Return Shipping:
We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the item. One Shot Powersports is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.
Please do not ship items using the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container. This often results in damage, and the item will no longer be considered “new and unused.” Items that are installed, scratched, damaged, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a full return and may incur a restocking fee or be denied entirely. If your return is denied, you will be responsible for return shipping if you want the item sent back to you.

Refused Packages:
