2 Dropshipping & Third-Party Supplier Information
Many products sold on the Site are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers ("Suppliers"). Information displayed on the Site may be provided by, or derived from, Suppliers and related systems. As a result, the following may change without notice and are not guaranteed:
- Pricing and promotions
- Inventory/stock status
- Product specifications, images, descriptions, and compatibility/fitment details
- Shipping methods, shipping costs, lead times, and delivery estimates
- Packaging, manufacturer revisions, and superseded part numbers
3 No Reliance / No Binding Offer
You agree that you will not rely on Site content (including product pages, cart totals, checkout totals, order confirmations, or automated emails) as a guarantee of price, availability, delivery time, specifications, or fitment.
Website listings, cart/checkout totals, and automated confirmations do not constitute a binding offer to sell. Misprints, typographical errors, system errors, and supplier feed inaccuracies do not constitute an offer and do not obligate One Shot Powersports to sell at an incorrect price or under incorrect terms.
4 Pricing Errors / Right to Correct / Cancel / Revise Orders
One Shot Powersports reserves the absolute right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
- Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
- Change or update information (including after you submit an order)
- Refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason
- Revise an order and issue a revised invoice/payment request to reflect corrected pricing, shipping, taxes, Supplier costs, or availability
If an error is identified after an order is placed, we may, in our sole discretion:
- Cancel the order and refund amounts paid, or
- Contact you with revised order terms and request your approval prior to fulfillment
5 Order Acceptance / When a Contract Is Formed
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order in our sole discretion.
No order is binding on One Shot Powersports until it has been accepted by us. Acceptance occurs when the order is shipped, or when we otherwise confirm fulfillment in writing (including via a non-automated confirmation from our team). Automated emails do not constitute acceptance.
6 Fitment / Compatibility Responsibility
Vehicle/fitment information may be provided by Suppliers or third parties and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying fitment and compatibility for your vehicle/application prior to purchase and prior to installation.

7 Fulfillment Estimates / Delays / Changes
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only. Supplier stock levels and lead times may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, adjust quantities, split shipments, and/or make reasonable fulfillment changes as needed to complete an order (or cancel if necessary).
8 Mispricing Exploitation, Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or block transactions we reasonably believe involve fraud, abuse, automated purchasing, reselling in violation of our policies, or intentional exploitation of mispricing or listing errors.
9 Limitation of Liability / Sole Remedy / Refunds
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Shot Powersports shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays, or claims of any kind arising from or related to:
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Listing inaccuracies or outdated Site content
- Supplier-provided information or inventory changes
- Order cancellations, revisions, or fulfillment delays
- Reliance on any Site content, including automated confirmations
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any order impacted by a pricing or listing error is order cancellation and a refund of the amount actually paid (if any).
If a refund is issued for any reason—including order cancellations, returns, pricing errors, or fulfillment issues—payment processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount. This applies to all payment methods and all refund scenarios, without exception.
10 Updates to These Terms
We may update this page at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
