The Toyota Tundra SDHQ Built Dual Battery Tray Kit for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra allows you to mount a second battery in your Tundra's engine compartment.

This Dual Battery kit was 3D CAD designed, engineered & built in-house for our typical SDHQ Built quality, fit, and finish.

FITMENT DETAILS:
  • VEHICLE FITMENT: 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra
  • This kit only includes the dual battery tray kit to include our wiring kit please select that in the product options above
  • This kit removes the factory windshield wiper bottle in Toyota Tundras. To maintain a windshield wiper bottle, purchase the Tundra Windshield Wiper Bottle Relocation - SDHQ-53-1160-G3.
KEY FEATURES:
  • Fits 2007-2021 Toyota Tundras
  • Drilling (2) ¼” mounting holes required for Tundras.
  • The tray mounts to (5) locations on top of the wheel well.
  • Second battery location provides better weight distribution than kits that stuff 2 batteries in the stock location.
  • Battery Fitment
  • Tray fits Group 24F, 34/34R (34R fits stock battery location) and 25/35.
  • Fits batteries with dimensions up to 10 7/8” Wide x 6 7/8” Deep x 7 1/2” Tall (top of battery, not terminal).
  • Does NOT fit Group 27 or 31 batteries.
  • Powder coated black for a durable finish.
  • Test Fit with Stock and TRD Intake Air Box Systems (may fit with other intake systems but not guaranteed)
  • Recommended to use 2 new matching batteries. *Batteries not included*
  • Integrated mount for Blue Sea Systems ACR.
  • This kit replaces the (2) power steering hoses to the factory power steering reservoir with longer, upgraded Fragola hoses.
  • A new fabricated power steering mount relocates the factory power steering reservoir out of the way.

SDHQ DUAL BATTERY WIRING KIT:

Our #SDHQBUILT Dual Battery Wiring for your Toyota Tundra includes everything you need to wire your SDHQ Dual Battery System. This Wiring Kit is designed to be used with a battery isolator between the batteries.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
  • Premium Cross-Linked SAE J-1127-SGX cables
    • 2 AWG Main Cables (main to aux battery ground and main/aux batteries to battery isolator)
    • 4 AWG Second Battery to Frame Ground Upgrade
    • 6 AWG Main Battery to Body Upgrade
    • 6 AWG Aux Battery to Body Upgrade

Recommended to use 2 new matching AGM or Sealed batteries

Why do I need to use matching batteries?

Batteries in series or parallel applications, where more than one battery is connected to another battery should always have batteries that are identical in age, size and type. Batteries that are different from each other in any of those ways will behave differently when delivering and receiving electricity, which can leave one chronically undercharged, while the other is chronically overcharged, shortening the lifespan of both.

Return Shipping:

We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the item. One Shot Powersports is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Please do not ship items using the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container. This often results in damage, and the item will no longer be considered “new and unused.” Items that are installed, scratched, damaged, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a full return and may incur a restocking fee or be denied entirely. If your return is denied, you will be responsible for return shipping if you want the item sent back to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • All fluids, including oils, aerosols, grease, and similar products
  • Custom-built items (such as roll cages, powder-coated components, etc.), unless explicitly approved for return

Refused Packages:

If a package is refused by the customer without prior approval from One Shot Powersports, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund.
