The DRT Motorsports Tire Carrier for the Segway Super Villain SX20 adds dependable spare tire mounting and added cargo utility without sacrificing use of the factory removable tailgate system. Designed specifically for the SX20 platform, this carrier delivers the strength and stability needed for demanding off-road conditions.
Support larger spare tire setups with a reinforced boxed steel carrier design engineered to hold up to a 35-inch tire.
Maintain easy rear cargo access with dual heavy-duty slam latches and gas-assist struts that provide smooth and controlled operation.
Improve mounting strength with a structure that attaches directly to the factory steel seat harness frame mounting points for added stability on rough terrain.
Increase cargo versatility with integrated tie-down points that provide secure attachment locations for trail gear and recovery equipment.
Retain factory tailgate functionality with a carrier design that allows full operation of the OEM removable tailgate when the carrier is open.
The DRT Motorsports SX20 Tire Carrier is constructed from precision laser-cut and welded steel and finished in DRT’s fine sand texture black powder coat for long-term durability and corrosion resistance. Custom side bed support structures reinforce the mounting system while providing dedicated attachment points for the gas struts and latch strikers. High-grade installation hardware is included for a straightforward bolt-on installation. Compatible with the DRT Motorsports Ratcheting 3-Point Y-Strap P/N 10005TC01401 or equivalent tie-down system.

Please do not ship items using the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container. This often results in damage, and the item will no longer be considered “new and unused.” Items that are installed, scratched, damaged, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a full return and may incur a restocking fee or be denied entirely. If your return is denied, you will be responsible for return shipping if you want the item sent back to you.
