The Evolution cold air intake system by Injen Technology is the next generation performance intake system for your Jeep Wrangler JL. The EVO5005C continues our effort to have a fully modular intake system for the Jeep Wrangler. Keeping this modular concept from our popular JK series, you can easily adapt our intake to with our fully-functional snorkel system ? part number EVO15168 (sold separately). This is a one-of-a-kind kit that is absolutely the best choice on the market for your Jeep Wrangler. Every EVO5005C cold air intake is made in the USA from cross linked high density polyethylene for extreme durability and long-lasting looks. This kit include stainless steel hardware and automotive grade urethane couplers for a quick and robust installation. Speaking of the installation, the process is simple and does not require aftermarket tuning for exceptional HORSEPOWER and TORQUE GAINS. Roto-molded Housing; The one-piece sealed housing utilizes the all-new Injen Twist-Lock System to securely attach the 8-Layer oiled cotton gauze air filter in place. The Twist-Lock system eliminates the use of unnecessary parts and gives you one of the simplest installations available. The EVO5005C housing also includes our Injen Clear-View badge for a cleaner, more aggressive under hood appearance. Need to return or exchange an item? We’ve got you covered. One Shot Powersports accepts returns within 14 days of the original ship date, provided the item is new, unused, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee (details below).

Return & Exchange Instructions:

To begin a return, please download and complete our Return Form and include it inside the package with your returned item(s).

Return Shipping:

We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the item. One Shot Powersports is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Please do not ship items using the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container. This often results in damage, and the item will no longer be considered “new and unused.” Items that are installed, scratched, damaged, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a full return and may incur a restocking fee or be denied entirely. If your return is denied, you will be responsible for return shipping if you want the item sent back to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • All electrical-related products
  • All fluids, including oils, aerosols, grease, and similar products
  • Custom-built items (such as roll cages, powder-coated components, etc.), unless explicitly approved for return

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out to our customer support team before sending it back.

Refused Packages:

If a package is refused by the customer without prior approval from One Shot Powersports, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Refunds:
