PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

Our "Build Your Own" SDHQ Built Winch Mount for the 2014-Current Lexus GX460 allows you to select the exact recovery configuration you want for your Lexus GX460. This winch mount is designed to meet your needs while on the trails.

Our winch mount components (Winch Mount, Skid Plates, and 1.0" Fairlead) were 3D CAD designed, engineered, and built in-house for our typical SDHQ Built quality, fit, and finish. Combined with Warn Industries VR EVO and Zeon Series winch, our SDHQ Built winch mount kit will help you safely winch out of dangerous situations or help others out on the trail.

WHAT PRODUCT OPTIONS CAN I CONFIGURE?

This kit allows you to choose if you want to include our SDHQ Built Skid Plate Kit, SDHQ Built 1.5" Fairlead, or add a Warn VR EVO or ZEON Series Winch. SDHQ Built Lexus GX460 Stock Bumper Hidden Winch Mount Kit, and hardware kit is included.

NOTE: A 1.5" Fairlead is required for proper fitment and winch use. You can select our SDHQ 1.5" Fairlead or source your own.

COMPONENT BREAKDOWN:

SDHQ Built Lexus GX460 Stock Bumper Hidden Winch Mount Kit (SDHQ-54-1650-G5)

The SDHQ Built Winch Mount allows Lexus GX460 owners to mount a Warn Industries VR EVO or Zeon Series Winch while maintaining the OEM front bumper. This winch mount has a direct from the factory OEM fit and finish.

WINCH MOUNT KEY FEATURES:

  • 3D CAD designed, engineered & built in-house for our typical SDHQ Built quality, fit, and finish
  • Designed to work with Warn VR EVO and ZEON Series winches
  • ½” thick steel plate support brackets with integrated recovery points
  • Triangulated mounting locations create unmatched strength and durability
  • ¼” thick steel plate side load brackets strengthen the support brackets by triangulating and including another frame attachment location
  • ¼" thick steel plate construction for durability
  • Included lower bumper support
  • Made in the USA
  • Weighs 45lbs with hardware

2014-Current Lexus GX460 SDHQ Built Winch Mount Skid Plate Kit (SDHQ-56-1651-150)

Our SDHQ Built Winch Mount Kit Plate Kit for the 2014-Current Lexus GX460 is designed to be an OEM replacement that will increase the front bumper's ground clearance up to 4". To add this to your kit, see product options.

SKID PLATE KEY FEATURES:

  • 3D CAD designed, engineered & built in-house for our typical SDHQ Built quality, fit, and finish
  • Seamless integration with our Hidden Winch Mount
  • The Main Skid Plate is constructed from 3/16” Aluminum and mounts to our hidden winch mount using the skid plate supports
  • Our Skid Plate Kit is designed to fit with RCI Style Engine Skid Plate (does not fit OEM Skid)
  • Drilling and cutting of the factory bumper and fender liner will be required for skid plate setup
  • Skid Plate system increases the front bumper’s ground clearance by approximately 4”.
  • The Main Skid Plate secures to the sides of the bumper and fender liner.
  • Driver and passenger side skid plates are constructed from ⅛” Aluminum and supports the sides of the bumper and fender liner.

SDHQ Built Universal 1.5” Billet Aluminum Fairlead (SDHQ-00-1650-15)

Our SDHQ Built 1.5" Billet Aluminum Fairlead features a larger inner fillet radius to reduce stress on winch ropes in high-angle situations. To add this to your kit, see product options.

FAIRLEAD KEY FEATURES:

  • 3D CAD designed, engineered & built in-house for our typical SDHQ Built quality, fit, and finish
  • CNC machined from Billet 6061 Aluminum
  • Engraved SDHQ Logo and US Flag
  • 1 1/2” thick with standard 10” bolt spacing.
  • 2-Step Tumble and deburr process for high finish quality
  • Larger inner fillet radius to reduce stress on winch ropes in high angle situations
  • For synthetic winch ropes ONLY
  • Overall Dimensions: 12 ⅛” x 3” x 1.5”

SPECS:

  • MIL-A-8625F TYPE III Hard Anodized with PTFE (black)
    • TYPE III Hard Anodize for abrasion resistance
    • PTFE for reduced friction on synthetic winch ropes

Relocating the control box for a warn winch is possible without our kit; however, the end-user will need to source their own wires and hardware. This kit includes all the wiring and hardware. To add this to your kit, see product options.
