Description

If you want to make big power with your XP Turbo, Pro XP or Turbo R, one of the most important pieces to the puzzle are the cylinders. After more than a year of development and testing, EVP has the ultimate solution.

The new EVP Polaris Billet Cylinder assembly is a direct replacement, stock bore design that's been built to withstand the abuse high-boost power packages demand. Features that set this block apart from the cast stock unit include machined 6061 T6 billet construction with EVP-spec ductile iron liners, resulting in top-end stability and durability that the OEM cast aluminum cylinders cannot match. Additionally, this functional work of art features a closed top deck. All of these features keep the top end from 'walking around' or shifting when under high boost and high cylinder pressure to provide a more stable sealing surface for improved head gasket life. These are a must for high-power packages!

Available with or without EVP BME Pistons, XR Series 625 Custom Aged Head Studs, and OEM gaskets.

EVP BILLET CYLINDER FEATURES:

        Return Shipping:

        We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the item. One Shot Powersports is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.

        Please do not ship items using the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container. This often results in damage, and the item will no longer be considered “new and unused.” Items that are installed, scratched, damaged, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a full return and may incur a restocking fee or be denied entirely. If your return is denied, you will be responsible for return shipping if you want the item sent back to you.

        Non-Returnable Items:

        The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

        • All electrical-related products
        • All fluids, including oils, aerosols, grease, and similar products
        • Custom-built items (such as roll cages, powder-coated components, etc.), unless explicitly approved for return

        If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out to our customer support team before sending it back.

        Refused Packages:

        If a package is refused by the customer without prior approval from One Shot Powersports, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund.

        Refunds:
