A new evolution in truck bed covers, the Retrax EQ is made of industrial-strength aluminum that offers unmatched strength and features a quiet cable drive retracting system.The Retrax EQ incorporates built-in Bluetooth technology, allowing you to control the bed cover's operation via the Retrax Phone App (iOS/Android), with the convenience of the vehicle's OE key fob or with an optional cab-mounted touchpad. Heavy-duty aluminum rolling cover assembly built strong enough to support 500 lbs. with the maximum truck bed space. Experience optimal functionality with an advanced LED lighting system integrated within the driver's side rail channel (included), automatically illuminating the truck bed when opening or closing the Retrax EQ. This retracting system features a Dual Helical Cable Drive System and glide tracks embedded in the rail channel, resulting in an ultra-quiet and smooth operation. The Retrax EQ electric retractable cover offers an anti-pinch design and manual disconnect mechanism providing ultimate cargo protection, safety, and security. Need to return or exchange an item? We’ve got you covered. One Shot Powersports accepts returns within 14 days of the original ship date, provided the item is new, unused, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee (details below).

Return & Exchange Instructions:

To begin a return, please download and complete our Return Form and include it inside the package with your returned item(s).

Return Shipping:

We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the item. One Shot Powersports is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Please do not ship items using the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container. This often results in damage, and the item will no longer be considered “new and unused.” Items that are installed, scratched, damaged, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a full return and may incur a restocking fee or be denied entirely. If your return is denied, you will be responsible for return shipping if you want the item sent back to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

All electrical-related products
All fluids, including oils, aerosols, grease, and similar products
Custom-built items (such as roll cages, powder-coated components, etc.), unless explicitly approved for return

Refused Packages:

If a package is refused by the customer without prior approval from One Shot Powersports, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund.
