Our SDHQ Built Dual Battery kit for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra is the most durable dual battery system on the market today. There is no need to piece different components to make your dual battery set up to work. We include all the parts you need for a clean direct from the factory quality install. This dual battery kit was 3D CAD designed, engineered & built in-house for our typical SDHQ Built quality, fit, and finish.

Benefits of running a dual battery system:

If you are someone who goes or is planning on going on 4x4 camping trips (overlanding), then you will need auxiliary power. A dual battery system is where two separate batteries are working in conjunction with each other. However, each battery has a different purpose. Running a second battery will ensure your Toyota Tundra has start-up power and that your fridge, lights, and other campsite accessories have constant power.

VEHICLE FITMENT:

  • Drilling (2) ¼” mounting holes required
  • The tray mounts to (7) locations on top and (1) location to the side of the wheel well
  • Second battery location provides better weight distribution than systems that put the batteries right next to each other.
  • Triangulated mounting positions to provide superior strength (utilizes the firewall, inner fender, and wheel well when mounting).
  • Fits batteries with dimensions up to 10 7/8” Wide x 6 7/8” Deep x 7 1/2” Tall (top of battery, not terminal).
  • Powder coated black for a durable finish.
  • Test fitted with Stock and TRD Intake Air Box Systems (may fit with other intake systems but not guaranteed)

  • The Toyota Tundra SDHQ Built Dual Battery Tray Kit for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra allows you to mount a second battery in your Tundra's engine compartment.
    • Powder coated black for a durable finish.
    • Includes Billet Hold Down
    • Fits batteries with dimensions up to 10 7/8” Wide x 6 7/8” Deep x 7 1/2” Tall (top of battery, not terminal).
    • Does NOT fit Group 27 or 31 batteries
    • Battery Fitment
      Mount fits Group 24, 34/34R (34R fits stock battery location) and 35 series batteries
      • Fits Group 24 and 35 batteries with the SDHQ Built Secondary Battery 24F/35 Upgrade Kit (SDHQ-50-3005-24F) *See product configuration

  • Our #SDHQBuilt HD Billet Battery Terminal Kit is designed to be used with a secondary battery (dual battery kit) set up.
  • If you are planning on running an SDHQ dual battery set up on your 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra, you will have to relocate the windshield wiper reservoir. This kit is designed to relocate the reservoir with no drilling, cutting, or welding.
    • For Tundras only. Relocates a new Windshield Wiper Bottle behind the air intake.
    • Includes new 2 Quart Windshield Wiper Bottle with pump, relocation mount, harness to power pump and hardware.
  • Circuit allows up to 500 Amps continuous draw and 700 Amps for 5 minutes. 
  • Cranking rating of 1450 @ 30 seconds. 
  • Live Current Switching up to 300 amps. 
  • Circuit is designed to auto charge the 2nd battery when the vehicle is running, but isolates the 2nd battery when the vehicle is off. Leaving the second battery for emergency starting. 
  • Manual switch on the circuit allows the batteries to combine or isolate. 
  • Optional Remote switch control and LED output to indicate when the batteries are combined, isolated or in lockout.

One Shot Powersports accepts returns within 14 days of the original ship date, provided the item is new, unused, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Return & Exchange Instructions:

To begin a return, please download and complete our Return Form and include it inside the package with your returned item(s).

Return Shipping:

We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the item. One Shot Powersports is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Please do not ship items using the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container. This often results in damage, and the item will no longer be considered “new and unused.” Items that are installed, scratched, damaged, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a full return and may incur a restocking fee or be denied entirely. If your return is denied, you will be responsible for return shipping if you want the item sent back to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • All electrical-related products
  • All fluids, including oils, aerosols, grease, and similar products
  • Custom-built items (such as roll cages, powder-coated components, etc.), unless explicitly approved for return

Refused Packages:

If a package is refused by the customer without prior approval from One Shot Powersports, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund.
